Jay, from Parachute, CO, has had a deep love for music since childhood, singing along with his parents to artists like George Strait and Garth Brooks. His passion was influenced by his dad, who played in a classic rock band and even opened for Rod Stewart. At 12, Jay learned guitar, but took a break until his love for country music was reignited when he discovered Texas and Red Dirt Country. After joining the Navy with the Seabees and experiencing personal struggles, including a divorce, Jay turned to music for healing. He is now working on his debut single, "Home is Where You Are," which reflects the idea that home is not a place, but the person you love, with plans to release in 2025
